When the cyl went out on my car I just started in first for like 4 months till I got around to fixing it. I just had to steer while cranking, it would lurch forward until you blip the throttle, then It'd start and drive.
Question, how would changing the key out for a push button be safer? Your clutch switch would still be broken, and therefor still need bypassed. |

This is the most pointless post that i spent 5 minutes of my time reading through. If the car doesn't crank over, why doncha check the obvious stuff first instead of going "duhh, i dunnooo" and making a worthless post about it. If ya want to, put the pushbutton switch on the clutch switch instead of to the starter. This post is a good reason why I don't like buying used Hondas from kids :-X

okay, i'll admit i don't know how to change my oil. :D who said i can't afford it did i? i might have forgot. i can afford it, not really :P i think u think you need money to get chicks cuz ur just that damn ugly. i can get girls just by what i do and the way i look, but money wouldn't hurt though. for some erason my car starts fine now again. i gota new battery for it, but it didn't start working til about 5 hours after i put it on? dunno. i wouldnt sell my honda anyways. i dont really care if you like ohio more than ky either. i lived here my entire life and i like it just fine. but just because i was raised here doesn't make you any better than me. you might be smarter but that is for totally different reasons. i have been to ohio and i dont really like it much, i would much rather go to florida, and chill with the old people.

you know its funny, i read through all this crap and just now realized that the reason you posted was because you have an issue with your car, you could have saved all the jerry springer love triangle ---- and just said, "hey guys my car doesn't start..." ok?
then you could prolly have narrowed it down to 15 or 20 different things by telling us exactly what was wrong, but if i were you i would check you battery cables and definatley check your starter ground. same thing happened to me once i put my first engine in, i started my car , backed it out of the garage and shut it off to check the oil and ----, went to leave and nothing at all, like wtf? my battery ground was corroded all the way through, replaced it and the bitch fired right up. so, don't be retarded, by a damn multimeter and figure it out. oh yea, you ex is hot, you should hook me up, i got money... |

check your ground, and power to the starter... and your car can start w/o a starter if u push start it like u said u did... u shouldnt have had to use the ignition to do that... by the way... good luck on that thing with being caught with your sister naked or watever... jsut be careful and strap up ;) |
