wrestling is one of the most intesne sports possible... primal man.
that swhy i love motocross. 40 guys tryin to kill you while your ripping a 50hp dirtbike over sick jumps and whoops and ----, the adrenaline is sick
especially on the starting line.. i almost piddle my pants with anticipation..

i used to loose between 4-7 lbs in one 2-3hr practice with a rubber suit on....
wrestled at 140ish junior year and fucked ---- up
i'm sure i could of went down 2 weight classes if i tried but it's pointless better off being healthy
i had the sickest lateral drop/hip toss
damn i miss that ----

lat drops are nice, but if you get a dick ref, you'll get called for a slam in 2sec. I been practicing more last week on running legs, i can body scissor pretty damn good and thorw in a power half. i belive dec 15th is the tourney, dunno for sure yet

stick with your protein and remember intensity is key. It is ok to lift hard. It is possible you will gain muscle weight..but the muscle weight replaces/burns fat because muscle burns cals when you aren't active. And don't take creatine..it will make you a fatty. lol
