just got the nut off the axle.. the head off the block everything disconnected..

incase everyone didnt already know to show you how big of a dumbass i am the reason the engine didnt come off the tranny is cause the starter was still on the ------- engine :1

if all goes well i should have the car running by the end of this week >:D

i fucked myself for tonight at work tho because i havent gone to sleep yet :1

working 10 more hours after you just got off a 16 hour shift and a 1 hour drive home isnt fun :1

yes it took me 10 hours to get that fucker off >:D

but now EVERYTHING is disconnected.. i broke some small ---- off that prolly needed replacing anyways some gas line fittings ---- with some wierd ass screw idk wtf it is :1

i wish i had decent tools.. or atleast some decent hmt members arround me to help out.. but oh well ---- em

aka all i gotta do now is d/c the clutch cable get the starter off.. push engine to the side drop tranny get tranny out of the way then drop the engine on the ground cause i dont give a ---- about it

then im gonna change the gaskits on my engine head and valve cover change the oil pump change the water pump timing belt and t stat then connect it to my old tranny and drop the entire fucker in from the top

alot easier said than done and with my shitty luck im bound to ---- something up O0

Jesus, I can swap a D series in and out running and driving in less than 10 hours. :l WTF are you doing so wrong? The starter is like always the very first thing I disconnect when dropping a tranny. How do you like doing things the hard way? :P

air tools would have been a great asset.. but nothing a 6 foot pipe.. 2 broken wrenches later.. with me jumping up and down on the pipe coulddnt solve :1

tthe starter wasnt the problem.. not saying it took me 10 hours to realize the starter was hoding it.. but the axle bolt was what was ------- me up :1

6 hours and you have a lift and air tools? How long of breaks are you taking? In my tiny ass garage and my cave man tools I could have an engine out in less then an hour and had trannies down to about 2.5 hours taken out and put back in on the road. I guess it just comes from having my project car as my daily driver. When ---- broke I couldn't afford any downtime and had to have ---- on the road asap. :6

I think if I were in a hurry and working by myself with no distractions I could probably do it in less than 6 hours with my caveman stylez. I can work extremely fast with my hands. Probably has alot to do with obsessive compulsive masurbating when I was younger. :8

so instead of making time and a half on ot with the 85 hours i got in i get it paid cash in just regular time

then they pull ---- out there ass saying i got to go back to living at the hotel.. because i used to live there and they made a ---- ton of cash off me.. sso all of a sudden there contious kicks in and poor buk cant handle the long hours hes put in for the past 9 months or so straight :'(

------- sand ------s i hate sand ------s so much i put in my one month notice and there having trouble to find someone to replace me.. they are gonna have to hire three different people to replace me :S

and i gotta train all three of them ::)

tomorrow im going to try and find a hoist.. ive decided id rather put some tranny bolts back in and lift the engine up and out of the bay along with the tranny together... alot easier and a whole lot less bs...

I get straight time cash for OT, too. I'd rather have it that way because in the end taxes will ---- you directly in the shitter. You might think you're getting a few dollars more, but at the end of the year you end up in a different tax bracket and end up paying more than you normally would have. :3 I hate taxes. :7

i figured damn 4 tons damn thats alot.. but hey next time i wont need scissor jacks i can just use the engine hoist to jack up the entire ------- car :1
