hey your guy's ideas are great. personally, i think the easiest and best one is 2 things, and you look cool doing them... if ur in a public place and you pop open a nice grill of shiny manifolds and dohc heads in a civic or crx most people get pretty excited.
#1 take out the ecu fuse from the underhood compartment
#2 slightly disconnect one of the main harness... as long as ur hood locks ur in pretty damn good shape and no one has time be connecting wire harness and going to autozone to buy fuses to steal a car
hope this works to all of my friends out there

thats what i was think. just take out the ECU fuse from the main fuse box in your car. but i guess theifs are smart enough to carry a couple fuses. but some random dude that sees your car won't be carrying some.

Lol, sorry to burst your bubbles guys but.... there is master keys ANYONE here send me 35 dollars through paypal and ill send you a master key!! Its that easy. and i didnt beleive it at first also but YES they do work. you stick it in jiggle it around and boom its open or started.

Btw if the alarms have a kill switch on them then its not just as easy as snipping a wire. snipping a wire may stop the siren but.. You still wont be able to start cars. Cause the relay needs power to flip over a switch and complete the circuit for your car to start. so if you snip the power wire to your alarm then boom the relay gets no current so your car does not start!!

ALSO if you dont believe me!!
if you want to buy a master key for your honda
works on ANY 88-99 honda civics, accords, crv's, crx's, odyssey's, and passports. Just send me 35 dollars to my paypal and ill send it to you for free.
PM me if you would like to buy one.

it says that the Honda keys are for 92-99, what about the EF's? I'd imagine that they'd work too but who knows...

heh, it's interesting that these threads have popped up today especially. I was just enertaining the thought of a kill switch and any other cheap form of a theft deterrant. You know, my car's not done yet but still I worry about it all the time. It may not look good right now, or ever for that matter (who knows) but it's still a gem in my eye. I gotta do what I can to keep it!
