Just becarful if you decide you want to remove that "support beam" because you can easily ---- up a mint door like beau did on his race car, lol =)

I may have what you need, I'll check tomorrow. I installed OEM power windows, so I have the crank assm. I had to swap some stuff around between the original and the replacement to get it to work, but I don't remember exactly what.

find a Canadian door, all 88-91 canadian doors are car mounted belts ;)

I prefer the door mounted seatbelt, myself. Except for their habit of not winding all the way and punching a hole through the door panel.

I prefer them as well. Same downside that you pointed out. I have made it a habbit to make sure the thing is owund up before that door shuts.

I'd much rather have safety over a 100th of a second in 1/4 mile.

i went ahead and bought the doors that have door mounted seatbelts. i like having the extra protection of the imapct beam, and the seatbelts arent that hard to take off.
