when I mailed the ticket back I didn't realize what a supporting deposition was.

I should have marked yes.

Also, bring a very small glove and show them that your hand won't even go in it.

Also gratuitously use the phrase "Can I get an AMEN?" while pleading your case.

Nothing goes as planned with me EVER.

So I get the and the judge tells me officer Rabbitt (yes his name was rabbitt like in super troopers) couldn't be here because he was run over my a guy on a motorcycle and is injured, but the deputy will be in later. So I'm like ----. Sure as ---- the deputy showed up.

So he lowered it to a parking fine the judge set it a $100 which I thought was kind of steep for parking on the pavement and for a first offense, but whatever.

I was thinking later I should have plead my case, but I didn't know what was in the deposition, which obviously, the deputy had and I didn't because I'm a tool and didn't request it. So I had the choice between taking a gamble of getting off, or getting 2pts and fines OR just take the $100 parking fine.

Took the parking ticket.

Made the right choice, $100 is well worth 0 points on license and no class. That class sucks. I took it for a 20+ ticket, then got a reckless about a week afterwards. Judge fined me $250 and said he didn't want to see or hear of me again.
