Doing some investigative work this morning, I discovered that the worlds fastest typer is an HMT member. :o This person racked up an amazing 50 Posts in 3 hours and 19 mins.This is an amazing accomplishment and I'd like to say congradulations. ;)

I feel very fortunate to be a member of the same site as the worlds fastest typer!! ::) As it turns out, he also holds the record for having an opinion on every single subject in the world! He also gets butt-hurt pretty easily, so we may want to "lean-back! lean-back!" ;D

I type an average of 60 words/min but I've been known to do 80. I was up all morning waiting for the ------- tv repair people to come fix the big screen but they said "it's raining, we'll be by tomorrow morning".. dickheads.

I really wasn't trying that hard.. I've done some really hard core posting in the past. Back when I used to type 3 paragraph responses to every post and not be up and walking around doing other ----.

I can type about 75-80wpm on my keyboard on my desktop, and about 40 on my labtop.

I probably had about 100 posts in about 2 hours or so between HMT, Turbod16, JDMuni and a couple local boards last night.

Here's a hint. Use 8 fingers and stop looking at the keys. :)

I can hit 80-90 wpm on a good day with the right keyboard. Yes, the keyboard you use does make a big difference. It really helps if the keys don't stick ;D
