If the cop has a video camera onboard it will show the lights are on. They have markings on the camera, like a date stamp that shows the MPH, lights (if on), Sirens (if on), radar ect. Just makes things easier for situations like that.

Wonder if that is the cop that hit them, the one taking the pictures.

That's sick. Is he alright? looks like the door touches the center console. I hope the cop has some integrity and doesn't lie. Hope that all turns out good. That push bar does a number on a car though, huh? LOL.
