compression?
 
my new engine i bought checked 165 acrost the board on my compression tester. what ratio is that? like 10.2:1?

less than that.
my ---- was like 9.5 :1 and it reads 195 psi

im throwing an hks metal headgasket on it. so if its like 9:1. and its 1.6mm thick. im just trying to figure out what this is going to be when im done with it.

my accord with 8.8.1 comp reads about 155psi across the board while my girls minime reads 210psi and its about 10.1. you cant really go by what the compresssion tester says.

it depends how you test it... if you just pull the plug wires and test... it washes the cylinders down with gas and what not... i believe (could be wrong) if yuo do it the right why and stop the gas... it reads higher

guess that means I need to pull the edelbrock carb off next time I run compression then >:(
