coilovers full or sleeve type?

i have a 91 integra and its starting to sag in the suspension i'm wondering which is better full coilovers or sleeve type also what causes the cars to bouce down the road when lowered?

i would say full coilovers are better, uneless you get a nice coil/strut combo with the sleeve type.
the cars you see bouncin are cause they cut the stock springs.

On a complete stock setup if the car sag, most of the time it is the shcok that went bad.
sleeve type coilovers are gay IMO :P, either get springs or TRULY height adjustable coilovers, not those where the spring rate changes as you adjust the height.

how do you tell the diff between full and sleeve type? i got some Tokico Blue's with my car.. so i have no idea. i think they're full because I know the rears are just 1 unit (shock and spring)

the car didn't have much bounce when I got it, only lowered like 1-1.5".. then I slammed the bitch and now it feels kinda stiffer without much give. i know when I go over this one ditch in the road at 30+ my car only bounces like once before it returns to normal stance

Full coilovers are usually better (i recommend omnipower full coilovers)....sleeves are alright. I am actually switching from my H&R sports with KYB AGX shocks to omni slip on coilovers.

As for slip ons...I would only go with:

A) Ground Control
B) Omni Slip-ons
C) Skunk2

No specific order

I have a set of the skunk2 sleeve type coilovers, and i was able to order them at different spring rates. I have my front's at 450lbs and the rears at 400lbs., and coupled with my koni 5-way adjustable shocks they actually handle and ride well.

the omni full coilovers are very good for it's price
