Civic. The availability of cheap parts and everything has been done and tried a million times makes it just to easy to do.A turbo Cav is def more original but the fact its auto and 1997 makes me say sell it.

Civic gets my vote. Don't think I would lean toward a z24 just because I own one. Outside of the engine, they are pretty economical with minimum options and the managment just isn't there for them. I jguess i just enjoy it because it gets a lot of credit around here and it's different. I mean its not everyday you see a turboed cavy whereas turbo hondas are rolling around every corner. Not saying there's not a reason for that, but I just like being differnt. I mean any car will go good with the knowledge of the driver. Lets face it, 95% of honda and cavy owners alike are clowns/idiots. You get the ones that know what the ---- they are doing, and both cars are pretty capable of making some good numbers. Good luck with whatever you decide

Well said.I really like turbo Cavs though the displacement is nice to have and maybe if enough guys start going HMT there will be more options for engine management as well as some fabricators etc making parts.A Civic is a good car to start with to learn as mistakes are cheap to fix.
