chemistry hopefully someone can help me

kwik I need this in 5 minutes. I have to submit it before 11.59 how many grams of O2 are in a liter.

Re:chemistry hopefully someone can help me

guess not, and just to let you guys know 16g of 02 does not equal one liter

isn't liters volume and grams mass? how do u change mass into volume?

sorry i know it's past the deadline but i was curious..

bump for the answer!

I wish I could tell you the answer. the deadline is already past, so I'll figure it out later. I know it's gonna be something stupid, I know it is because I did know it at one point in my life, I just don't like to remember things :P

you use the mass of o2 at one atm pressure and constant density/temp.

i'll give you a hint, there is a little creature that burrows around in the ground that could help you with that problem. ;)

Re:chemistry hopefully someone can help me

dude, its just mass over molar mass

eg. Mass of 1 litre = 1000g
formula for water = h20
therefore 18g per mole of water
meh, couldnt be fucked doing the rest

Ah ----, we learned this two years ago in school..

Thanks to your hint bamboo, I'm remembering that ----.. I remember because I didn't pay attention and drew a picture of a mole playing guitar. :P
