Check out my new toy!!!!!

http://www.project-turbo.com/my%20bike

It's a 1992 Yamaha XJ600s Seca II, I found it on Ebay and bought it with money borrowed from my girlfriend (!)

Whaddaya guys think?? ;) ;D

This is the first motorcycle I've ever owned, and I just absolutely love it! I've been getting up an hour before work just so I can ride it, I learned to ride it myself last week Thursday (6AM, in the rain) and have been riding ever since.

If anyone's in the Milwaukee area and wants to go cruise, let me know!

Looks pretty hideous.. I would suggest finding a body kit for it.

I hope u didn't pay more then $800 for it, I sure as hell wouldn't have paid more then $200

Hmmmm.... So you're not into the whole "naked bike" thing, ha? ??? Oh well it's not for everyone.

I paid 1900 for it because it's mint, runs perfect, and is BLACK! ;)

1900 for a 92 is a bit much.

yeah right....1900 is pretty average for a bike like that.
plus its a naked bike. naked bike = cheaper insurance! (the insurance company looks at it like, if you wreck it, its less to fix)

make sure you buy the safety grear for it....at least a helment and gloves and a riding jacket. owning the bike is just a small part of it. you should put another 600 into a helment, jacket and gloves. --try to get into a riders class to. be ready to go down....

sorry, I sound like your mom. but my father-in-law pounds this into my head. I dont think its a bad thing though...

Beginner bikes aren't suppose to be pretty.

I don't know much about bikes but that looks good to me. I'll leave it naked and buy some bike gear to ride with. Enjoy your bike. :)

a bike is a bike, especially for beginners, you might as well get prepared to lay it down a couple times, that's what a learner is for anyway.
