my cockatiel is an ------- he keeps biting me for no reason it doesnt hurt cuz he is still little but he is a dickhead

There is no way to be 100% sure with out a DNA test. As for their words....they dont actually talk they just mimick words and sounds. They have no voice box so they just mimick the words not actually speak them.

Grab his beak lightly when he bites you and say "no" in a firm voice. then put him back in the cage for a few min. and get him back out. Repete it if he keeps doing it. They learn pretty quickly if they want human contact not to bite
