It doesnt give me the shits. It gives me theo most awful smelling gas you can imagine. A magget infested rotting dead corpse would tell me to light a match :-\

Man I love this, I did the late night cereal snack about 2 nights ago.

I take a plastic cup 32 or 44oz, one of those from the gas stations, instead of a bowl and a long spoon. You can take it to bed and eat it, you can lay in your couch and eat it, you can even drive and eat without fear of spilling the milk 8)

I had cereal last night too.. mmm sooo good. Warm milk is supposed to make you sleepy because it triggers the release of a hormone that makes you sleepy that carried over from when you were an infant and were suckling on your mothers delicious, warm breast. seriously though, its true. I don't know if cold milk does the same or not though.
