CEREAL: Why is it soooo GOOD at night?!?!?
WTF is the deal with that. I think I would much rather eat cereal at night than for breakfast. Actually, breakfast in general taste better at night, but I tend to pound the ---- out of some cereal as a late night snack. Just finished off the Captain Crunch, mmmmmm. Who else gets the breakfast grub on at night?

i think i am semi-lactose intolerant ??? if i drink milk when i first wake up and have nothing on my stomach i take a fatty dump in like 10 minutes. any other part of the day and i am fine. and its not because of my normal daily ----, i usually get rid of yesterdays food around 10am |

Man I love this, I did the late night cereal snack about 2 nights ago.
I take a plastic cup 32 or 44oz, one of those from the gas stations, instead of a bowl and a long spoon. You can take it to bed and eat it, you can lay in your couch and eat it, you can even drive and eat without fear of spilling the milk 8) |

I had cereal last night too.. mmm sooo good. Warm milk is supposed to make you sleepy because it triggers the release of a hormone that makes you sleepy that carried over from when you were an infant and were suckling on your mothers delicious, warm breast. seriously though, its true. I don't know if cold milk does the same or not though.

I <3 cereal after breakfast! Lucky Charms and Frosted Flakes for the WIN!!! I also like to freeze my milk so it gets slushy, icy like and then pour it onto the cereal. Sooooo good. I love my cereal COLD. I made a thread about it a while ago. |
