the ref program was dropped before this happened. i know 3 people that got ref tickets, i know 15 that got pulled over. the cops were doing this a few years ago (5-6) and people stopped going there. street racing accidents and deaths went up when that was going on.

San Diego has always had **** police. The cops out in the desert communities have always been pretty fair. The tickets I got I damn well deserved

yeah i'm not the kind of guy that complains when i get a ticket for my exhaust, mine was crazy loud before my turbo.
i know one guy that had smoked headlights and he got a ticket for it.
