you can buy the same thing as invisishield from 3M, it's a chip quard only generic and die cut to fit your phone model, which any monkey with an xacto knife and a little time/patience, and a steady hand for 1/10 the cost.

I have a Zagg on my G1.
Zagg/Invisishield are the same ----.
Works great, my phone has fallen on asphalt without any damage. The edge that wasn't covered DID get scratched but everything else is fine.
I'm about to rip it off though because around the rounded edges it doesn't seal well and is just collecting dirt and pubes.

I use the holster all the time for my phone.
I know it looks geeky, but It protects the phone really well. 2 of my friends have the same phone and they already fucked up the external screen on it.

fabbed an aluminum cover, got the aluminum real cheap at dollar general metalworks. hoochie pad provided by hitch hicker. asking 33 cents each, shipping included.
gunna go with the full body zagg since "youmobile" gives 20% off on their site. like complex's idea of x-acto knifing some scratch gaurd for the main screen but dont want to spend two hours doing the sides & i gave my silicon case away already
