What all is going wrong with it or w/e? I would seriously keep it if I were you... part out the engine if you really need to but don't get rid of the car...

oil pan, pickup tube, gaskets, intake, carb, exhaust, clutch, misc ----....the ------- gaskets alone are ------- 40+ each and i need about 3 of them. clutch disk is 130, clutch pp is 90, intake is 255, carb is whatever.......

Have you tried rockauto.com for the gaskets? Also what year oil pan/ pickup?

no i dont/didnt know about them. im already parting out the car. i have people intrested in parts already on rx7club.com

i just cant see myself with this car. at first it was a dream, then after two days of driving the motor popped a seal, which said motor only had 45k on it. and it being a jdm engine transplanted 2 years ago with mixed dd'ing and auto-x by previous owner.

my honda is and will always be better than the rx7 was to me. even when i went to pick the damn thing up it wouldnt start for almost 40 minutes. it was a hassle to start with. then the carb started leaking gas, and the coolant passage leading to the intake started to leak, then the exhaust started to leak as well. once it got into my hands all went wrong with it.

I also am getting rid of my RX7. (Hince why I didnt reply to your PM)

I think I have a guy coming this weekend to get it. Not to sure, he is suspossed to call me today. I am selling mine on egay. If you still have the shell, sell it as a shell. Lots of people wanting a good platform to drop a v8 into.

makes since that you didnt relpy. the car is great i do love it, but price of parts are like 10 times that of a honda any day. plus i dont really think i can get that much for just the shell. what is your opinion?
