CARB... Cali sucks

Anyone here know of anyone who can hook up one of those CARB stickers that you put on cold air intakes? I'd be willing to pay a reasonable price for one, maybe two...? If any cops are reading this, S.T.N. (suck these nuts).

search honda-tech in the turbo section, im getting together a list of people who want it and i think we've found a guy to make them (turbo kit carb)
