You're saying that the US will withdraw compeletely from Iraq if the Iraqi president "does not want them there"?? Who are you kidding? No body wants to be in Saddam's shoes. An occupied country is NOT a soveriegn country, nor is a country with heavy concentrations and influence of another country's army soveriegn. No matter what you, the Iraqi Governemnt, or the you U.S. Government says.
