Finished boosting last week and car might of blown up, compression on all 4 cylinders is 160, turn key and backfires plugs are good have lots of spark and gas any ideas, broken valve, timing any ideas would be great

 

your compression is acceptable. check your plugs, the could be super rich and not firing.

were you driving it when it gave out? if the compression is stable accross the cylinders then its prolly not a valve, i would put a timing light on it
