Last night me and beau put on his old Turbo B16a setup onto my daily driver LS/Vtec crx. It was a huge pain in the ***. Mainly due to resources (where we were at) The LS/vtec sits a bit higher than the b16a so the downpipe had to be modified. My crx has been totalled so the front end was a complete bitch to work with. Beau was bending my frame with his bare hands HAHAH.. j/k But we did bend the ---- out of the front supports to get the radiator in their. Once that was in, the hood would not shut.. Problems after problems last night..

Then once we leave the damn downpipe is like dragging on the ground (good job beau)

So I didnt have any forced inducted tunes, so I uploaded them this morning, and go spin around the block, with a huge *** cloud of smoke.. I come back and I look in the engine bay, and his ------- turbo is just puking oil from the exhaust housing..

Now back to the drawing board...


Oh how sexy.. even with a fresh coat of black paint on the manifold..


Everything was fucked up on the front end... just a complete mess, the intercooler sits funny.. beau cut the ---- out of my front end, hahaha, I didnt take any pics of the hood line because it was tooo embarresing, it has like a 3 inch gap!


Nice oil all over the front cross memember..

Is that expandable foam holding the passenger side headlight in place? Gotta love the ghetto-rigging .

shhhhh, your not suppose to see that.. haha, that is the newest trick ---- on the market... its called folded up cardboard (perfect for headlight adjustments)

Hey, I'm with ya. I was in an accident in my first crx and used the foam corner protectors from the replacement hood to stop the headlight from jiggling around . I don't even want to get into how many zip-ties I used to put that car back together.

The oil issue was fixed, oil return had a kink. Still need to do some fine tuning, now more than ever.. since I lost my ls/vtec map for my ecu.. ----.
