If there is female threads on the bottom of it. Take it to homedepot and find out what size bolts you need. Don't get them too long or they'll come up thru the top of the spoiler. Use washers if you need to.
Put some toothpaste on the entrance of the holes and stick the spoiler on the trunklid. Make sure everything is lined up good and push it down to make the marks for drilling purposes. Make sure to give the same amount of space on each side where the spoiler comes down and around the quarter panel. Your car body moves when you turn, and if you put the spoiler too far to one side, it will start to rub the paint off the quarter panel.
After your holes are marked, take the spoiler off and drill the holes starting with a small bit and then a bit just larger than your actual bolts. Use some type of washer with rubber or something that will not allow rain through the holes. Bolt the spoiler on and only tighten it until the spoiler meets the car. Those threads are only held in place by fiberglass, and if you overtighten, your fucked. Good luck.

You lucky bastard, I always wanted that spoiler when I had my CRX's but never got one..last I checked it was around $300 for the wings west one. I just can't spend that kinda money on something that doesn't make my car perform better. Stealthmode pretty much summed that up for you just post pics when u get it on.

its not a jdm wing. its a wings west. anyways, i got it on today. The drywall screws didn't work they were too thin. so i used wood screws. they had a 12 head and were 1 1/4" long, worked perfect. my cars not painted right now but its getting painted soon. i'll post pics soon i hope.
btw i used playdough to find out where to drill the holes. worked perfectly also
