Custom Coach I.C
Volvo adjustable B.O.V
2.25"charge pipes
Napa couplers(from high temp straight hose)
Crane Hi 6
AEM fuel rail
Aem cam gear
Volvo oil cooler with Earls sandwich adapter.
No filter ::)(for now)

Running my Fields vsfc for now as engine manegement.For all who wanted to know YES it works with the 390s just like the SMC with 450s.Its a little rich but no pinging(thats good ;)).I have a Apex VAFC but Im too lazy to hook it up right now :P.

All I need is to weld my down pipe.I was gonna buy a welder but Turbodxcoupe has one that hes gonna let me borrow tomorow.

I wont be posting picts couse it seems like every time someone posts pictures of there car on the net. it gets stolen(sorry JBwelder).I would die now if someone stole my baby.Its sleeping in the garage but im gonna sleep on the porch with my gun :P.

Can you at least give me a pic of how you ran the whole oil cooler deal? Did you run it cooling before the turbo or before the motor?

(To Steve)Naw I ran it just for the oil.I was going to tap off the cool(return) oil line and feed the turbo with a -4an line but tha was too manny fittings.The cooler is brand new.Its exactley the same one that Earls sells.The Volvo I raped looked like the engine was brand new but the trubo was seized.The whole oil cooler set up ran me about $75.Youll see it soon Steve.Oh and about the meet sorry brothers but Im really anel about how I do things :-\.Thats whay it took me so long to get it done.

He payed for the oil line kit, but I guess he decided on something else before I could get it to him. I gave him the "moderator price" too. Go figure. One of the local brothers can't use Stealthmode in thier mods list. :P (It's all good) ;)

I would choke his ass. stealthmode performance could make the lines for the oil cooler anyways. and does it matter how cool your oil is if there's all kinds of dirt in it?

Thats just for the oil cooler.I got an Earls -4an line for the feed.Steves suplier was lagging on getting him the goods and I was getting inpaitiant couse that was the missing link.I still love you Steve :-*

Ok so I took the bitch out today and raped it and it wont boost ???.I floored it and the boost guage wont come out of vacume.It stops like at -5.I double checked all my charge pipes and they are all tight.I double checked every thing.....help!

Well that blows.. (wasn't supposed to be a joke), but can you hear the turbo spooling at all? If your running a used intercooler, it could be a leaky IC.

well the car sounds like a frcking jet.The turbo is awsomeley loud.The thing is that it wount come out of vac.I ran it again and got it to hit 0.Could there be something wrong with my wastegate?Its hooked up to the compressor housing.I guess it is opening otherwise Id blow the motor.This is really frustrating....Oh and the neighbors are loving the open down pipe.

haha, just go out and rev it some more. Eventually the police will be over to see the HMT setup :D The wastegate could actually be stuck open and your not boosting. Try hooking the line up to the FPR or the intake manifold. And make sure the WG isn't open all the time.

But the wate gate opens with boost not vacume.You mean let it see boost from the intake manni?I tested the waste gate before I installed it by pulling the plunger and pluging the little hole.It held and when it let go it released.............AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

No, no don't go selling it yet. I know the wastegate is supposed to open with boost, but if for some reason it's stuck open all the time (in vacuum and boost) that would be why your not seeing any boost. And your positive theres no loose charge pipes or any mice, cats, or small children in them?

I chaged the wastegate and still no boost.My BOV aint going off eather.I dicconected it and ran it without a vac line to the BOV(vac line plugged) couse I thought that might be it....huh :'(

I hear ya. I just finished welding on my JDM front end and took install pics. But I have the pics to wait for :-\. When you say you "raped it".. How do you mean? Did you full throttle it or just lightly gas it? Did you bring the RPM's up high enough? I'm confused as to why it's not boosting also.

when I say I raped I mean that I red lined that fucker at full throttle!

I just noticed that my boost guage is not at 0 whne i disconnect it.Its at 5 in the vacume side of the guage.Maybe my car is boosting :-\.It should obviousely be a 0 right?But the weired thing as that my b.o.v makes no sound when I let off the throttle.

Hmmm, ok yeah the guage should read 0 if your engine is off or if the guage is disconnected. No leaks or cracks in and around where the bov is? Damn, wish I could be there to troubleshoot this bitch with you.

You're sure it's not boosting right? :P It sounds like your gauge is fucked. It should be at -0- when you gas it(without boost of course). Close the wastegate all the way and see what happens. Watch the gauge though. Are you sure the wastegate is adjusted the right way?

The waste gate is completey closed with the car off.The car does seem to pull when the turbo gets really loud.But still no bov sound :-\.Im gonna run and get a new guage.Its an autometer carbon fiber series.That bitch was $60 bucks.I dont have the reciet though so im gonna buy another one say that I installed it and didnt notice it was fucked up and return the fucked one.

I went through all my charge pipes and there all tight.the vac guage reads -25 with the car at idle.Is thet right?when I step on the gat in neutral it doesnt 0 out.

Also at idle every once in a while it sounds like popcorn popping out of the exhoust and the engine jumps like it misses.Is that normal couse there is no down pipe?Just at idle though.

Haha, the guage idea gets a thumbs up. And as far as the popping sound at idle, it could just be running rich or because of the open pipe. I can't see your setup at the moment so forget what I said if it makes no sence ;)
