If a citezen rights down your plate for wreckless driving and a cop comes to your house can he give you a ticket?? Even though he did not see you do it?

 

here.....yes. ever heard of citizens arrest. also depends on the cop. some just say ---- it, its not worth it.

How is that possible? I almost got nailed the other weekend for doing burnouts so I hauled *** home and left my keys in the car and left with a friend. How can he give me a ticket if he can't prove I was driving? When they cop would say to me "you were driving reckless and doing burnouts" I would just say "well than I would like to report that my car was stolen"

 

Actually we have the plate number of a cop we hate's personal car. We were going to print out his number and put it on my car so the neighbors would call and report the plate, and it would come back that it was that cops car.

I would say it wasn't you driving and tell the cop to fist himself. Say you leave your keys in the car all the time so someone could have easily taken it.

 

or swap your plates with a similar car and report them stolen
