SS hood is functional, but if i wanted a SS i woulda bought a SS. Turning a z28 into a SS is gay, like turning a wrx into a STI. Whats the point of making the lowermodel look like the higher model? I'd rather it be known that its 'only a z28' than 'its trying to be a SS'. I was set on the 4 inch, but now i think im going for the 2 inch.

Adding the SS hood is not trying to turn it into an SS. Adding the hood along with all the badges is.

It doesn't really matter because it is your car after all.

Please explain to me how the SS hood on the LS1 Camaro is functional.

SS hood looks meaner than cowl IMO.

I still say cam though, when the bitch is loping at the stop light it doesn't matter what hood is on it. the sound of cams make panties drop.

CORRECTION...you wanted the SS but couldn't afford it :P ..the SS model cars are the only ones of that generation worth owning.. anyways, I had the 3.5" cervini on the 5.0...Looked good to me.
