Well maybe its time someone called the cops on him! I have documented all of our messaging as well as the Paypal stuff. Paypal wont do anything unless he has a history of bad transactions!

Hey, n00b? This ---- wouldn't happen if your n00b *** did a search here about the seller before you gave him skrill. Or, if you hung out for a minute and got a feel for people, you'd know who to trust. Basically, you got assfucked because you are a n00b, and you deserve it.
