I think it's total crap that you have to pay to send funds in your account. I can understand from a card or whatever, but money you have in your account already??? That's BS>

it is free to transfer to your account but it costs if you withdraw $ with the paypal card

No say I sell something and the buyer pays with a credit card. I understand the fee for processing a credit card order. Now that money is in my Pay Pal account. Within their own system. If I buy something with that money they take a fee from it again. That's BS. They are getting money for nothing, no work. It's all automatically done within their own system. They should offer no fees if you pay with your Pay Pal balance. More people would probably transfer funds into them to keep from having the fees.

lol i know, well thats the price you pay for the convience of a system that everyone uses.
