Thats weird Rene my wife got some guy kicked off of E-bay just for using her picture and she is just a small seller.All she did was report it to ebay(about 50 times).What alot of people are doing now is adding "looks like" (and then the companny name) in there ads.Thats shitty marketing.You should email ebay the same message about 30 times......Thatll get there attention ;D

Here's the email I received in reply from him after I sent him a link to Ebay's policy page on text theft. Can you believe this???

I understand what you are talking about, but how else can I describe my item? Please advise.

WHAT???? This guy wants me to write his description for him???? UNBELIEVABLE!!! He claims he's building these IC's (well, he claims it using OUR description) but has no idea how to describe his part.

Well, I called my special "silver powerseller" phone number (don't even get me started on that one...) and they ended the auctions while I was on the phone. I also informed her that this guy is claiming his parts are particular brands when they aren't. I guess my saying that isn't going to be enough, though. Someone who got hosed by this guy will have to turn him in...
