Re: cage specs for race tracks
6 point roll bar is all you need.I put a swing out door bar in mine and that way you can swing it to get in or remove it all together for the street. You can get a Comp Eng kit for $2-250 from Lordco, generic parts stores etc and its not bad for fit could be better but hey for $200.

All the rules should be able to be found at nhra.com or look up one of the sanctioning bodies and it'll tell you. I don't think you'll find a beter price than swracecars.com though. I think my 8 point was $160 before shipping. All of them you'll have to trim and kinda fit to your car, so might as well go for the cheapest.

Re: cage specs for race tracks
A lot of people complain about the SWR cages and their iffy fitment. I believe the Jeg's cages are supposed to fit better.

Re: cage specs for race tracks
I dont think ur going to find a roll cage kit that keeps the back seats. Im putting the back seats in my car but their just going to be folded down I dont want it to be a gutted car so the seats will be their just not usable. Ill take some more pics this weekend if u want, the cage is done now and painted. I Mig welded my cage but id Tig weld it if you have the skills to do so.

10-point roll cage or dont do it at all. A roll-bar doesnt cover the most affected area of a car in a rollover. The windshield area.
