i guess it was way back then, 400 came out then 250F rite after that rite? i remember istarted riding the yz250F the first year it came out because it was addicting power in the 125 class. it would murder all.

exactly, and also i think yamaha first came out with the 250f in either 02 or 03 i cant remember, and honda was next at 04, after the 400 in 98, yamaha made the 426, then in 03 the 450.

i ride an 02 rm125 thats ported, reeds, fatty and a can.. my buddy has an 05 CRF 450F and when im ------ TAPPED.. like full on all the way reved out in 5th, he comes cruisin by, cracks the throttle and rides a wheelie for like 100 feet ahead of me...
i have mad respect for the 450 4 strokes, but im not even close to being at that level yet.. plus they are useless around here..

a real rider has sampled both bikes. preference rules here. i have raced both on a track.
I prefer my 2 stroke.
You will beat me on the road

But there is no ------- way you can touch me on the handle bar wide, 3rd and 4th gear trails ride.
