Default Brake issues got air in them

I replaced my pistons on my rear brakes becuase they were seized.
I bled both of the back drum brakes.

But when i start my car and put the foot down on the brake, it goes down slowly,
if i pump it alittle it gets harder.

Now I bled my brakes when my car was ON and it was idleing.

I have seen that the honda manual says to go
Driver rear,
front left,
passager left
driver right.

In this order.

DO i need to bleed all of the brakes, or the ones I just opened ?

Ive looked through the haynes manual, and it dont make sense :P

Can any one help ?

if the car's running the brake booster is running, you dont need that ----.

do all 4, start the farthest from the master cylinder and work your way closer.

---- what the book says, **** is right.

RR > LR > FR > FL
dont use a any of the fancy bleeders they suck. but if you are gonna have to do it by yourself get a set of the bleeder screws with the one way valve in them. the name for them is escaping me right now but i'm sure you knwo what i'm talking about

start working farthest away so you're working out the air farthest away first, then you slowly work closer and closer to the fluid source.

That didnt work
Ive got through 3 tins of honda brake fluid so far.

this time round i bled the brakes as advised.

the pedal is really soft when the car is off ... but it gets harder when i press it a couple of times.
but it still travells alot

When the car is off, and press the pedal, after 2 times it gets hard but only travels 1 inch or so.

HELP!

if you bled them correctly and it still soft the next thing i would do is bleed the master cyl and then do the brakes again. if you do that and it still soft its prob you the master cyl
