boosted ls/vtec crx
ok today was the first ride out with the turbo installed. for those who dont know my setup its an 89 ls/vtec crx. i just put on a t3t4 and took it out for the first ride. its ------ crazy. the tires break loose in 1st 2nd and 3rd and it pulls very hard in 4th. i am very impressed with it, but i have alotta bugs to work out yet. tuning wise and my oil pan didn't seal for ----. other than that it ran pretty damn good. i popped one ic pipe off right off the bat. fixed that and drove for about 10 or so miles and it ran great and pulled very hard then i had to park it because of the oil leak. the only thing was i'm not exactly sure if it was hitting vtec or not. it should be somewhere into the 12's on slicks. the car ran high 13's all day all motor so 12's shouldn't be hard to break. i'll try and gets some pics on here but i have my hands full right now.

Heh, that sounds like a good idea. We are already planning that for our local website (draglab) once it gets going. But ya, I guess we could probably do that here as well.

ok sorry i haven't gotten any pics yet i've been incredibly busy trying to get this thing to run good. well i did and i took it to maple grove tonight. insane. my first run was a 13.8@100mph on streets. then on slicks i ran a 12.90@101.84mph. after that they got shitty 13.1 and a 13.3. i parked my car for like 2 hrs or so and let it cool down. took it back out and hit 12.39@107mph with a 1.8 60ft. my 12.90 run was a 1.77 60ft. what a great feeling. all this was done with stripped rear interior, 1/2 a tank of 93 octane on 8-9lbs of boost. *** end all jacked up of course. overall i have very good chances of bustin into 11's with a tad more boost and some higher octane gas and complete stripped interior(pass seat etc.) i have a scan of the slip but i am a moron and dont know how to put it on here so let me know if ya wanna see it and i'll email it to ya. gonna take some pics of my car hopefully tomm if i get a chance. since march when i got the car i went from an ls motor(15.2) to an lsvtec(14.
