I never knew that homemadeturbo.com was so close to home. I followed Pat up on Saturday to Alki, for the HT thing, so I thought I would post up and let everyone see my silly little project.
About thanksgiving last year, I hydrolocked my 95 Coupe, auto transmission. So here is where it starts. No its not being held up by the giant bucket, everyone asks. http://www.tegnation.com/gallery/alb.../normal_j2.jpg I picked up a 15g GReddy kit from a turbod16.com member. Extras included Type31 intercooler, TypeS Blowoff valve, shaft play, and a cross-threaded bolt in place of the adjustment stud on the BOV. I also picked up a JDM D15B, manual tranny, tons of misc stuff from ebay. including some 450cc DSM Blue Tops, and a resistor box. So about 3 grand in parts later, and alot of time in my bro in laws shop turning wrenches, here is what came out. you guys are the damn rice patrol, I was too focused on the car being held up by the bucket and the projector headlights to even check for neons.

that's dandy. hotrex is the best seller on this site, he won seller of the month 5 times in a row and got seller of the quarter last quarter.
do you still have the neon kit? I might pick that up from you, I don't really care what color it is as long as it doesn't match the color of my car. |
