Actually, UPS and FEDEX are much worst shipping companies than canadapost/USPS. Their shipping is not significantly faster and their insurnace process is much longer. I Boycott them.
Despite this shipping problem. I will keep using canadapost. I am fully satisfied with their service and such problems are very rare.

Update!

Today, I received a letter from Canadapost's investigator in charge of our case.
They are done searching for the package, and the insurance refund process is begun.
That's all I needed to replace the item.
I am far from having the refund cheque in my hands but that's fine: At that point, they ADMIT that the package is lost for sure and that I will be compensated by the insurance so another turbo will be shipped today.
Not ONE SINGLE DAY of delay has been caused by BLaastperformance.

Now, MR Ortis...
Do you think all your false fraud claims, dirty forums campaigns and as incredible as it seems, getting your mom to call and bitch at me changed anything??
- Not at all! All this energy you spent trying to cause trouble to me and my company did not make you save a single day of waiting. There's an insurance procedure, it has been followed. You could have remained nice and patient like a normal reasonable person and the outcome would have been exactly THE SAME.
Now I seriously doubt in your ability to turbocharge a car because it does require patience.

I guess somebody has to wear the pants in the family ..lol

BTW MR Ortis you seem to be an uneducated hick calling Blaastperformance names when this guy is out to help and make sure his products sell in the futur .I have delt with Blaast before and service and advice are top notch and I run his products on my own car .Hope your friend gets his stuff soon but until then I would be a bit more polite and alot less insulting ..Postal service is never perfect if they can loose a pipe bomb well why not a turbo...

yes I believe the guys jumped to conclusions way to fast, and lead me to beleive they are very uneducated and have not delt with many business's before now

OK AGAIN, I REPEAT.....I AM NOT THE PERSON THAT YOU SOLD THE TURBO TO!!!! IN FACT THE PERSON THAT YOU SOLD THE TURBO TO HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR SO CALLED DIRTY FORUM CAMPAIGNS AND AS I HAVE SAID REPEATEDLY, IT WAS A FRIEND THAT OFFERED TO CALL FOR HIM AND WAS NOT HIS MOTHER. THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS, YOU COULD HAVE HANDLED THE SITUATION BETTER FROM THE WORD GO, INSTEAD OF MAKING ALL THESE FALSE CLAIMS OF THE TURBO BEING HERE ON "X" DAY AND REPEATEDLY NOT HAVING IT SHOW UP AS PROMISED. THEN YOU STATED THAT IT WAS NOT YOUR PROBLEM YOU MAILED IT OUT, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY ENDED THERE.

Ok, I'm done yelling now, but I will say...you too are an idiot. Nobody on the net will actually now the way things were handled by him and whether you choose to believe what I am typing here or not, I could care less. Obviously, your the uneducated hick thinking that I would not realize that your probably a friend the owner of the Blaast that was told about the story, registered today and made one stupid post in this thread shortly after registering. 6+ weeks and still waiting....yea, no patience at all I have dealt with plenty of business's, just never any this poor a service.

i cant read? am i supposed to look into the future and know what you were going to type . dude your friend bought something from someone in canada knowing there could be a hold up. if you dont want to deal with this ---- then buy from someone in the states

Ok, it was clearly stated further back in the thread about who it was that made the phone calls. I personally have ordered stuff from Canada and bought stuff from a canadian HMT member and had no issues. I dunno, in the end everybody believes what they want to believe I guess. I highly doubt he will get involved in a transaction like this again. Hell, with the down time of his car and such and the cost that Spoonfed showed it would take to get a ticket down there....he would have been better off to fly down there and pick it up, lol. As for now, he just WAITS some more to see if it shows.

you think shipping problem (lost in shipping) never happen in usa transaction smart ***

this is not custom problem, it'S item lost in shipping

i buy many time from blaast
and he help me to turbocharge many car
always perfect transaction!!!!!!!!!

tu use faster services (the item can be lost to) this cost 3 time or more the shipping rate nobody whant to pay that

waiting sucks but it's not a fraud,
this guy make to many turbo setup... one problem a year is no a big deal, when we can resolve it

personaly, nothing wrong to say, he make a 500hp prelude for me and WoW
