Customs sucks, I've had problems with them. If the package was legit it was just detained 3-8 business days, otherwise it pulled a houdini. If someone wants an item shipped as a gift to avoid taxes/GST I'm more than happy to do so if the person agrees that I don't give them a refund when the item is delayed or never arrives.
It's a ------- third world country, guys, what do you expect? |

First time I see that!!! :o The Guy starts a bitching thread 6 DAYS before the package is even scheduled to arrive !!! :1 JORDAN ENGEL purchased the wrong model of flange by mistake. MY fault? Yeah right. He PM'd me a picture (apparently of his turbo) so large that i could not scroll far enough to see it all. I explained to him which turbo model the flange fits and linked him many pictures of what his turbo needed to look like. he insisted that i file a claim for a lost item, which i did, I shipped a second flange, he of course ended up receiving and keeping both flanges for the price of one. now he is returning the two mistakefully- ordered flanges to me, (although I still haven't received anything...what a funny position to complain on my shipping delays!) and i made A FAVOR to that guy accepting to send him a replacement downpipe Before i get the returned flanges. Which means, I should NOT have shipped that downpipe yet. I did not have to, I was not even supposed to. I shipped right away as a FAVOR to help reduce the delays caused by HIS OWN mistake. |

You told him to guess what flange you needed by a picture, then bitched about it when he sent you the wrong parts? He got you a tracking number.. what more could you ask for? It's obvious that it was sent out a few weeks ago, and is scheduled to arrive on the 28th. So what if some of the customer service was shitty. I called them up a bit ago about a GM9 turbo flange (which should be similar, if not the same, as yours). They're cool in my book. If you have a problem with them communicating, it's probably because you're annoying as ----. |

good point i was going to sell the flanges and have one made by bmc,(which guillaume and i discused) then blaast said he could get me the other one if i trusted him and sent the other ones back so i said they were sold, and sent them back to blaast, yes he did send me a tracking number but not a web site to track it on !!!
when i asked when it would be here and how long it would take he said , "not my problem i sent it out" and express shipping shouldnt take 20 days from hong kong late alone canada, i tried to reamin cool the whole time but got pissed when he said it wasn't his problem , and will remain to be pissed, he is a horrible business men and people should not have to wait almost 2 months for a correct part, i didnt order the wrong part i asked what turbo it was and i need a dp flange for it he said it was a gm-8 and he had a flange for it for 50 shipped express .. so yup you owned me good ! |
