The difference here is that I've actually got experience handling a gun in a life threatening / stressful situation.

However I don't see this type of thing happening in my area because we don't have the traffic issues that cities like Chicago, Seattle, etc. have. That and the bikers are able to ride on the sidewalks here since there isn't an overwhelming amount of foot traffic you may find in a larger city.

Here's a question for all you die hard bikers posting up: If you're so big into biking, why are you on an automotive forum? Not only on our roads, in our forums too. You fuckers are stupid.

that's illegal, unless its a shared / multiuse path, besides, cycling club group rides with up to 100 riders is not going to ride on the sidewalk, they sprint up to 35 mph :1

Yeah because admitting guilt to incriminate yourself is a great idea.

Cyclists need to stop being so aggressive/arrogant and learn to share the road with others, also they should know what getting hit with ---- from passing vehicles has nothing to do with the fact that they are gay fags in spandex, its an american tradition to throw ---- at anyone not in a car (or any other vehicle that can catch you) anytime your sure you can get away with it. I always walked home form school in junior high and pretty much everyday got hit with beer bottles/fountain drinks/sandwitches, etc and later when i got my license I carried on with the tradition and made sure many a fountian drink exploded on the back of some unsuspecting persons head >:D (note, its not wise to do this in someones car that may have a tendency to stop, this can result in an ass beating :y)

anyway the building i work at allows the overland park bike club to do trials or whatever in our parking lot and a few times a month i have to deal with them closing down the street and acting all high and mighty because they are helping the environment or whatever (even though every one of the yuppies drove 20 miles in their SUV's to get here with their 4k bikes, lol) and they like to take up a full lane and go 5 miles an hour, which is fine but hey if i''m behind you do you think you can get over for a second so i could pass? and for the record i do own a mountain bike, it gets ridden on trails build specifically for mountain bikes, I don't ride on the street and if i did it would be on the sidewalk because I don't want to get hit, or shot.

Where did you read that? I read that just recently as well and now it's bugging me I can't remember who said that.

Also, I wouldn't ride a bike in the street even if I had right-of-way, there's too many bad drivers. I have the right of way in a parking lot but I don't walk in front of idiots.

works for me :)

Useless. You have to record the crime, then prove that the person you're tattling on was actually driving and the car wasn't "stolen." Chances are nothing will happen.

I'd love someone on a bike to throw something at my car.

I guarantee I'll have no qualms with putting a dent in my car.

10 percent of cyclists are okay to have on the road.

The other 90% don't obey traffic laws or are liberal trendy ass fucks that think their overweight ass it going to benefit by riding 8 miles per hour in the middle of the road during high traffic times.

I still go out and ride (bmx, hence the name) but jesus christ I can't stand these trendy cyclists/fixed gear people.

Be sure and post up when somebody lays you the ---- out for being a prick in the wrong situation. That is, provided you're not dead.
