There's a lot of HD movies online, kinda, search bittorrent places for 720p

I'm not an A/V -----, but big screens or dual small monitors or wtfever you have that allows you to ------ ---- out so you can work with it is cool.

my presario has an s-video out, and its a v2000 so i would imagine yours has one too.

its was more of a joke dude, i just wanna try it out, i have tons of movies downloaded onto the laptop and thats more of the reason i wanna get it hooked up, im going to the locale comp. store to try to find a vga - hdmi cable hopefully ill have it working, and for some reason mine is a compaq 2200 and it doesnt have an s-video hook up.

you can get a vga to hdmi convertor but they cost more than a tv card

S-Video is by far the easiest and the best option. You can get a cable at walmart for cheep as hell, but I would recomend investing in a real good monstercable cord wich you can prob. get at circuit city or best buy or something. Then just get a 1/8th inch to RCA audio cable wich can also be had very cheep at walmart(It's not worth getting a good cable for this because the audio out on your laptop is not very high quality to begin with)
