Strong man rules, I'm decently sized now (just 225 @ 6' 1") but those guys make me look tiny, like 375 @ 6' 7".

These Olympia dudes have a different passion than us, being body building, and their sport is kinda like the body kits of ours, seems gay to some, but cool to others.

back in the day 250 lbs on a 5'8" frame was considered huge, now these guys gotta be pushing 325+ lbs on a 5'8" frame. holy ----. I used to work out alot, and made lots of gains, in like 4 months i ate like a pig and went up 30 lbs. but now in retrospect I am more into working out to stay fit rather than to fill out my tshirt. These guys must go though hell for all that. Not just any average joe blow can make it to their level, so I do respect these guys. In my opinion it is not just steriods that will cause these guys long term problems, they are taking high doeses of probally every hormone known to man, I am sure these dudes are taking major doeses of Human growth hormone too. That ---- will destroy you as much as steriods, the worst thing is that once you feel the damage and see the damage it is often to late.

I never took roids, but i probally would of tried them out of curiousity, what i did take was androgestrone(?), back when mark maguire was in deep ---- for taking that stuff, I ordered it. Holy ---- that ---- was rough, I took it a few times and I got scared cuz when i work out I would get into a rage. If i was using real roids I would of likely hurt myself or worse yet hurt someone else. Driving around the city was mental on that ----.

Overall I think creatine is the best and perhaps the safest of supplements, I used to cook with it. Put a spoon in my pasta or in my campbells soup. That ---- was cheap and effective.
