I ship international atleast 2 packages a week mostly to the uk. Guess what not one package lost. To have two lost is pretty hard. I dont belief it for a minute.

Sorry guys, but i was so cheesed off with this whole thing that i stopped visiting this website for quite awhile. I could have posted the evidence, but didn't want to as personal information etc will be revealed to everyone.

I very much want to go ahead with the legal suit against brandon, but this whole thing is just too much. I have cursed myself many times for dealing with him and somehow just want to forget about this stupid incident.

Brandon, for god's sake, please! Don't even try to suggest that you've done your best, coz you didn't! I was so bloody patient and i normally wait a few days for 1 of your replies and everytime you reply you say you forgot to find the receipt, or it's left in your car or your girlfriend's! I gave you the benefit of the doubt. I ------- trusted you which i shouldn't.

So, you think it's a good idea to just stop replying my emails even though you know i didn't get the turbo? If i sent something to someone and they didn't recieve it, i will be ------- worried, why? Because of "RESPONSIBILITY"!!! You should learn this word all over again!

For everyone who stood by me, thank you very much, i really appreciate it and it does comfort me that so many of you voice out your sincere opinions. I wish i had the energy to pursue this further, but i've lost quite alot from this transaction and i feel it's money that's been lost, just want to get over it.

As for the rest who doubts me, well, i will just not post the transactions as it will show some personal information which i don't think is fair for either party. Even at this point, i'm still thinking of brandon's welfare.

As for brandon, well, you better watch out, you'll get done for one day. What goes around comes around.

Did you have insurance on it??
I once bought a turbo from someone on here...I insured the shipping...it also got lost with USPS..(I live in europe).
we contacted USPS....and sent a claim for the insurance...the member sent me the money back and a few weeks later the turbo was in front of his door in a beat up box. that was 6 month's after he shipped it.
I hope you'll have the same luck as i did.

Yes i asked that the turbo kit be insured. The thing is, the seller never sent me any reciepts, tracking number or even tell me where he posted the turbo kit from. Nothing, just says that he has done it and ask me to wait until it arrives. It's more than a year now. I wish i had your kind of luck.

just go get it our of your garage and ship it to the guy! if i were to be liable for a $1000+ shipment, damn straight id keep receipts! Also, if you cannot provide proof the the police if/when they contact you.. your up shits creek without a paddle

This thread is old.... still no evidence presented, with a couple somewhat possible stories. But one things for sure, there is a scammer among us. Either jake2001z001 or hondacrxflyer is lieing, two lost packages = lie, either he never sent them, or he sent them and hondacrxflyer is lying, and he actually got them (unlikely IMHO). Or the address could have been wrong and some lucky bloke is cruising a new turbo... for free.

Post the damn receipts, block out part of the sensitive info, it's easy to do, and then we can have some respect for someone.
As for lost shipping receipts, you must be absolutely stupid... I've shipped a ton of stuff, and if you are so careless to ship a bunch of stuff overseas worth over a grand and not save the prove, you deserve to pay restitution. You would also be able to go to the post office and get proof. They have you fill out a customs form to ship overseas, and I can bet in this state of emergency, they are not purging those anytime soon. Tell them you need proof of the customs form, and post it on here, otherwise I say the verdict is for hondacrxflyer.
