We need some clarification. Is 15.4 the time with or without the turbo? You said you ran 15.4 with the LS swap in your hatch then turned around and said your current setup is (insert turbo setup here).
If you ran 15.4 with the turbo, give up. If you ran that N/A then you've got a chance. I think 15.4 is a good time for a LS swapped hatch. My N/A B16 ran about a second faster than that but it's in a HF CRX too.
