best way to catch a mouse?
 

i saw a mouse down here earlier, whats the best way to guarantee the highest possible success rate of trapping it, without waiting around with a shotgun? i have more important things to do than wait for it, so i got some victor traps and tweaked the trigger pad/rod to set off at light touch, instead of the heavier stock pressure. ill post with pictures when caught

set loose a full grown tarantula or cat

take a ice cream bucket, put a stick leaning up against as a ramp, with the tip hanging over the center of the bucket. take a much smaller/lighter stick and lay it on top of the long stick/ramp with a little bit of peanut butter on the end of it. Mouse walks up the ramp to get the peanut butter, the small stick acts like a teeder toder and the mouse falls in the bucket when he tries to get the peanut butter. fill bucket half full of water for drownage(optional)

Glue trap with a big scoop of peanut butter in the middle. Thats how we catch these damn iraqi mice.

That's how we got the two we had in our house. Pretty much anything trap with peanut butter though also work. ---- that cheese ----. PB is where it's at. 8)

im thinkin about the glue trap. sounds fun. i think ill set my webcam up to light trigger record to catch the fucker in the act when i get gluetraps
