Best friends ex-girl...kinda long
 

sorry no cliff notes :)

anyways, recently my best friend broke up with his girl of 3 years...they were really good together but as of the last few months they just weren't on the same page about their future and all that. he lives out of state(and has been for atleast 2 years of their relationship)...thus when his girl needed something for her car or whatever guess whos there to take care of it. when they had arguments, guess who was there to get them both back together. me and her were friends before she met him through me, but not as close, but now for at least the last 2 years of their relationship, me and her would hang out every now and then and talk on the phone regularly, I admit I was becoming interested in her, BUT out of respect I kept it purely friendship and he knew that and was cool. anyways in the last few weeks after their final bad breakup, me and her have been hanging out on the regular, talking on the phone for hours, sometimes just about BS and joking around. now for my perdicament...of course theres the obvious fact..she is my best friends ex, pushing up on her would make me look like a serious ASS! and he's my boy, like brothers almost. second I've been though enough relationships to know that crossing the line with a female friend can be hectic, especially in a situation like this, and even though the girl is giving off "signals" like crazy, they aren't comfortable with being anymore than friends(damn girls and their mixed signals)...don't wanna ruin the good relationsip with her I already have. but shes the perfect chick(has her own car, going school, smart, cute, good job) and I'm tired of dating these ignorant hoodrat hos with no intiative, so as of late I can't stop thinking about her.

but anyways, anyone ever been in a situation like this?? we were chillling at my house tonight...just hanging and my mind was going crazy, man oh man girls suck. >:(

Well, my bestfriend dated my ex-girlfriend, but he asked first, i broke up with her, so it wasnt a big deal to me, they were better for each other, not really, he fucked her up, so many bad habits, beat her when drunk, etc.... So she broke it off with him and he killed himself a month later. Fucked up, fucked her up, but i was there for her this time, and its been almost 2 months, and were pretty much back together. SOme people think its wrong, but hey, im sure he'd rather me be with her than some random -------. But make sure its alright with him before you openly date her, or be prepared to lose a friend.

yep be open and don't tell lies or go behind their back. Bad deal. I had a friend that thought that I was doing this but I never really carried this through. When she was simi drunk she would be naked and ---- on purpose when I was there. Nice body . Shes a slut though. What a bitch. I almost lost a friend over this. But he never said anything.

good advice guys...especially the "violent railing" LOL ;D
but yeah I'd plan on on asking/telling him if anything should happen as far as seriously dating her, it would be awkward as ---- though :-\ ...and of course I wouldn't just jump out there and ask her right now since its only been about a month. i figure just let ---- run its course and if it comes down to it than I'll just have to make a decision and hope everything comes out fine.

few ideas:
#1 Ever heard of having ---- buddies???
#2 Find out if she feels the same way for you. I would tell her the way you feel. It will be weird....
#3 Pull one of those...hey lets go out sometime,(or even just make one of those late nite adventures to wal-mart), just to have fun, and do all the polite things, open the door, all that ----, and kinda slip in a hand on the back thing or something like that. See where it goes from there.
Who knows, maybe she stayed with him to see you?

If it were me I'd have 2 options.

1. Don't do anything, be friends.
2. Ask your best friend how he would feel if u two started dating.
