Having shitty beer choices here in Okinawa, I brewed my own ----. Now that I am heading back to the US, I am looking forward to having a massive selection of beer, knowing what I do now.

aside from all the great German beers I have access to. GUINNESS is one my favorite, I got to try a couple of Belgian beers, and I love them also. if you ever get a chance try a beer called chimay . I know of one place in the states that it can be found. B'J's its a sports bar and resturants in Orlando outside of disney land.

All the Belgian Trappist beers are great. St. Bernardus abt12 is an abbey ale quadrupel that is phenominal. Trippel Karmeliet is one of my favorites. Dogfish head 120 minute ipa is also great but a little spendy at 10 dollars a 12 ounce bottle.

I just stated brewing my own stuff. I did a imperial IPA that I'm drinking now, and just got the ingredients to do a barley wine next weekend. I think I'm gonna do a write up with some pics
