Been working out latly,any tips on loseing the weight and bulking up...
As some of you know, im a big guy, 6'5" and 300 pounds. i was 350 2 summers ago but lost that due to actualy going out and doing ---- and eating better.
I have been working out for about 2 weeks straight, sick of being a fatass. 1-1.5hrs a day at a local gym.
i walk to start off for 2 mins, then run for 15 mins, then cool down walking again, then ride that bike for 20 mins, then walk with 15 pound weights lifting one at a time in different motions. Then i go lift 10-15 reps at a time depending on what im doing.
then work on my legs some.
But i was wondering what some of you would do differently, and how you kept the weight off. i want to get to around 240pounds ideal weight maybe less but also gain muscle mass/weight. any workout sesions that work well and anything like creatine that helps build musscle but not water weight.. just thought some of you must work out..
Thanks for any info nogs oh and im down to 292 in 2 weeks training like this, but would like to gain musscle mass, also what should i stay away from food wise?

How do you guys live in rain for half the year? I guess the same how I deal living in mexico your just use to it.
