Well tonight I almost got into a fight, the whole story is kinda funny. It all started about 4 months ago when I went out street racing. I heard around town that some guy that owned a new parts store in longview had a B20/Vtec hatch that was pretty fast, so I said cool let him know I want to race. Aparently he was talking ---- all over town saying he will race anybody for $500 and beat them. All this guy and his friends do is talk ---- from what I have heard. I don't race for money, but I told him I would race for fun. Well he showed up that night and I ended up racing him twice, and I beat him twice by a lot.

I didn't talk ---- or say one word about him or his car after I beat him, but then I heard around town he was telling people "I barely beat him" and that "he will stomp me once he gets headwork done" things like that. Well that pissed me off something fierce because I already beat him and he was still talking ---- about me and my car, so I posted in a thread on the local street racing forum and said "I could beat that B20/Vtec hatch in reverse with my e-brake on" I guess he read that and got a little mad lol.

Well we ended up having another little meet tonight and he heard I was coming so he showed up. I raced him twice, and again I beat him twice. After the second time we raced I was trying to turn around and he kinda chased me down and parked really close to me, he got out of his car and started walking up to my car saying "I will give you one thing, your car is fast, but IF YOU EVER TALK ---- AGAIN I AM GOING TO BEAT YOUR ASS!" Blah Blah Blah... I just kinda sat there for a second and was like WTF is he talking about? Then I started to drive off and he took a swing at me, but kinda missed. I was attempting to talk with him to understand what the ---- he was talking about, but the only thing he wanted to do was throw down. I told him if I talked ---- about his car it was only because him and his friends started ---- first, he wasn't trying to listen to anything I had to say though.

I just couldn't believe this guy was so pissed off considering I have never talked with him in my entire life, except for me saying "hey you want to race?". I have never met this guy or any of his friends, but for some reason they are talking ---- about me? I think they are just mad because I stomped his hatch every time I raced him and they think his car is the fastest thing in the world. Anyways I just found the whole thing very ammusing and I'm not sure what I am going to do about it, but I will probably give him a call tomorrow and see what his deal is. I doubt I can talk any sense into somebody like him, but I'm not going to fight somebody for something as stupid as this. I just don't want things to escalate more, but if it comes down to it I have many friends that will back me up and I also have my Smith & Wesson right next to me.

Exactly, I've had some people make up really dumb excuses after a race, you got more cylnders than me, i'm auto, my clutch is slipping, im waiting for my chip to come in, blah blah blah. Run whatcha brung, thats all I'm sayin ;)

I would imagine the outcome of the race has to do with the drivers as well :P

Some people can't handle losing. I hate competing with people like that. It takes the fun out of the whole game. :-\

there's a guy like this in my neighborhood. some lil black kid. he drives an EF hatch... i raced him a LONG time ago once at the street races and he said "you only beat me cuz your turbo"... i was like duh? then he said "wait til i go turbo, you'll never beat me" so i said go turbo n we'll race again. he shows up like 3 months later turbo'd. i was surprised he actually did it but i asked him 1 questions and i almost died in laughter... i said "what you using for fuel management" and he answered with "the wastegate"... i swear i almost passed out. we raced again n some how i beat him. he was running t3/t4 at 5psi n im running some danky ass .42 .48 on my 92 integ. i weight way more then him and his turbo is more sufficient then mine. then the story goes on again. someone calls me saying that i "barely won" then i say "nah i smoked him even with full interior and my girl was in the car" then he calls me talkin bout he wants to kick my ass for "talkin all that ----". i jus laughed at him then he says he wants to race me for 100 bux. but i dont race for money n he starts callin me a ----- n im a lil bitch n to scared to race for money.

The fact is, if your clutch, car, tires, ect aren't ready to race and you're out racing, you're a fucken tard. If your car isn't ready to race, than don't race.

If you're car is or isn't ready to race and you can handle the fact that there is another car in this whole world faster than your pile of ----, than have a good time.

You know that even if he hit you once and you hit him twice, all he would say is "DAG YO! I knocked him out" Different situation, same senario.

If you really wanna piss him off, next time he challenges you, turn it down and say you've decided to retired from racing w/an undefeated record >:D He obviously has money to throw around and in the end who ever has the most money wins.

Yeah I will let all you local guys know if I ever race him again, but I have already proved myself... 4 times lol. The races around here really aren't that great either. I was talking to my buddy Jim last night about how there is really no point in racing in town anymore because him and I have the fastest cars around that actually race. Everytime there is a meet, 50+ people show up, but they only come to watch Jim and I race each other. I would rather just get a small group of guys together to race, without all the drama and little kids.

I am trying to be the bigger man here, but everybody around town that heard about this already wants to beat the guy up because he talks ---- about everybody. I guess a few guys are going down to his shop today to have words with him. I will keep you all updated though and let ya know what happens. If he thinks I was talking ---- before, the he hasn't seen anything yet. I will ----- every site up in the world and send him links to al the threads. I will break out big ass carboard signs and drive around his business all day long saying "This is is so slow, I beat him 4 times in my sohc" or something along those lines. This could get ugly if he wants it to.

I enjoy losing just as much as winning....almost :) I sure as hell dont get pissed if someone beats me...unless they completely lie about their setup. I never race without them telling me what they have. I hate pointless races.

I just heard from a friend tonight that this guy wants me to apologize for making that comment about me beating him in reverse with the e-brake on and he will forget about all this bullshit. I figured I would just be the bigger man and put this behind me, but ---- that. Talking a little ---- is one thing, that fucker sucker punched me while I was driving away, that's crossing the line.
