Time to grab some internals and up the boost before putting them in, run 18psi stock block and turn an 11second stock block run..... would be ------- awesome
Can only imagine the feeling Im throwing an 11 this season for sure though |

I had backup axles just incase, but if you launch right they should hold. I pre-load the clutch, so basically it's almost engaged and when I drop the clutch there is less stress on the axles.

you have the most impressive stock d motor on here. nice job pat. Have you ever consider doing some engine work? just imagine the power if you built the mighty D.

I have been doing a ton of research on building my motor, so hopefully I will at least have some rods/pistons this season. I actually think I might be able to get a little more out of the stock d-series though... not sure if it will hold, but I can try. The next thing on my list is a good external tial wastegate though (my internal WG owns me).

If I would have let some more air out of my tires and raised my rev limit 1,000 rpms I bet I could have made even better times. First gear was flying by pretty fast.

I also have jimfab motors mounts, which are a million times better than stock mounts, they pretty much eliminated my wheel hop. You don't really get much wheel hop with slicks anyways.

wooo 12s are sweet... especially with a D and 12psi, and its not like your HMT is way over the top either, with the stock engine and T3 60/48, its just put together nicely. Just goes to show you what you can do with a full weight civic with a boosted Z6
