i'm on the demo of this game... seems ok so far. it seems to take a full clip from an m16 to put someone down sometimes, but i'm getting better.

Yeah looks pretty cool. By the destruction I think they mean because the environment is like 90% destructible. They only things I don't like about it is no zoom for the sniper (the one I seen anyways), your health doesn't regenerate, and you can't lay down.

Yeah but the clip said it was a pre- alpha version, so im sure they wouldn't leave stuff like that out of the finished game. Zoom on a sniper rifle is really important, and to go this far with a game and leave out something simple like that would just ruin it. Laying down and health regeneration aren't quite as important, but im sure they will be addressed too. I still won't be able to play it though, my laptop won't run that, and i don't have any new system so im screwed for a while.

I don't know. They have the guys that can throw down the health packs, so I doubt health regen will get added. I wish they would, not a big fan of health packs and depending on people to heal me. I hope they seriously fix the sniper, if not it will suck nuts. Get a 360 to play on. I might be able to hook you up with one relatively cheap if you're interested.

They'll add the scope to the sniper.

Sniping without a scope isn't sniping.

It has a scope, just no zoom. Only one setting which makes it hard as hell/impossible to snipe a lot of people since the maps (at least the one on the demo) is quite long.

aside from throwing down healthpacks, one of the unlocks for the assault kit is a like a self administered health boost like some sort of injection. you can see it here:

yea i been playing it for almost 2 week...i was able to get the demo 1 week early......
you have to unlock the injector for the assault kit and it dosent take a full clip to kill someone w/ the m16...its all about leading your target and short burs it usually takes 5-10 bullets to take someone down,but overall i like it alot, i was a big bf:mc fan so i was looking forward to get this game......their is deff a learning curve w/ this game, its either you like it or hate it......usually the people who hate it just suck and want it to be a cod 4.5 which it is not....if anybody want to play w/ me hit me up

wow, thats awsome, i just have a question tho, with the reality mods oon BF2 will it still let you play on the punkbuster servers, or is that ---- going to kick me everytime?

wtf basically the game is just like bf2 modern combat only difference is you can blow ---- up :S

so that means ittl have the same bullshit from bf2 mc like the kill cam (when a sniper takes you down the camera points in the direction from where the shot came.. so when you respawn u can go find the person who killed you) and the other bullshit is the names ontop of the heads of the enemies.. even if u cant see em if ur close enough ittl show you them.. and all that radar bullshit ---- that

dude bf2 project reality ive found a good sniper position once and got more than 35 kills before i got my first death...

and in the tall grass id run forward behind enemy lines and duck in the tall grass and they couldnt see me.. id wait till they WALKED OVER ME and made sure no one was behind me before i kneeled up and unloaded with the saw...

There is no kill cam and I have been crouched sniping and have enemies walk behind me without seeing them on radar. You have to see them good or they won't show up.

x2 and you will only show up on radar if you shoot at someone or someone else on the other teem see's you....
its a big upgrade from bf:mc, i love the sound of this game on my surround sound......

If you get to lvl 4 on the demo you unlock a special weapon when you play the full game that can't be unlocked normally. I forgot about my surround. I have it hooked up to my pc so might have to bust it out on this.

Anyone happen to have one of the 48hr live codes? I got a free month (AbandonedPhetus), but want to get to lvl 4 on m main account (TheSylntChamber) before the release.

Yeah I already seen that. I signed up for the news letter and got to lvl 4 so that's two. I'm not pre-ordering since I'll just obtain it elsewhere so that cuts that gun out. I was thinking about going to pre-order it and get the code and then get my money back on the pre-order :P

you have to link your gt to EA/bf:bc so you can see full stats, i mean everything.....


edit: i had a couple games w/ bad lag...they nedd to fix this ---- pronto.....

Not many at all. I was like 3000 something in the leader board and within a two hours of cooking dinner I was down to 6000. Wait, bah. Get with it, could have had it Mon. :P

ok, the full version of this game is amazing. kicks the demo's ass. the maps are awesome and the guns are wicked. i've only played a couple hours but so far i'm pretty impressed.

i do need some squad mates to play with though as team work is essential when attacking.
