Uh Ive got a Samsung 52A750 sitting right here that loves it's 1080p content and you're going to find very few mid-range cards that are going to be able to feed it anything more than 1080i.
9/10 video cards do not support 1080p output on a second screen.

Complex if you google Radeon 2600's it seems alot of guys are having several kinds of problems with them Interlaced output, black screens, etc. Update your mobo bios, the card's firmware and your driver if at all possible.

ill be replacing the card soon, it's a lowend card in todays market whereas my processor is fastest in it's socket class.

Bullshit, I have a mid-range ($150) card that will gladly feed 1920x1200 to two monitors. For reference, that's more than 1080p. It isn't going to send interlaced signal to anything but a TV, and only IF your card has a shitty output port such as s-video. If all it has is VGA/DVI/HDMI, good luck getting an interlaced signal from it.

Where do you pull your information from?
